Benefits of Meditation
I’ve referred a number of times to scientific studies that indicate the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
It’s not just the case of an occasional study by a random individual that sometimes throws up a desirable result.
Far from it. There are numerous published studies under scientific conditions that regularly, indeed consistently, point to the benefits of meditation.

The article references many leading scientific and mass readership publications such as Sage Journals, ScienceDaily, Wiley Online and Time Magazine.
