Hi, I’m Aedie Caltern and I’d like to welcome to this 15 Day Introductory Course on Mindfulness for Financial Traders.

The course consists of the eBook you have already seen and a series of 15 daily emails.  You will receive one on each of the next 15 working days.  Each email contains links to lessons, audio recordings and exercises on this site.

Try to follow the instructions as well as you can but do it at your own pace.  No one is examining you and there is no single right way to develop mindfulness skills.  I’m just here to guide you as well as I can.

Make sure you go through the eBook before you do the course.  It contains an introduction to mindfulness and much more information that you can refer back to as the course progresses.
